Have you ever worked hard on a project, only to realize later it was aimed at the wrong problem? You're not alone. It's one of the most common, and most expensive, things that happens on big projects. And it almost always starts in the first few weeks.

So let's talk about it.

What: Are You Solving the Right Problem?

When: Thursday 12 November, 8:00 am Central Time (that's 2:00 pm in London and 10:00 pm in Perth)

How long: about 50 minutes, plus time for your questions

Where: live, right here in the community

💡 What we'll do together

We'll take one example, a company that "needs an AI reporting tool", and work through it step by step. You'll see how to:

• notice when a team jumps straight to a solution;

• tell what you know from what you're only guessing;

• turn "We need X" into a much better question;

• find simpler options that were hiding behind the first idea.

You'll leave with the 90-Second Project Diagnostic, a quick check you can use on your own project on Monday.

• No preparation needed. Just have one project in mind, a real one or one you're curious about.

• You never have to name your company or project.

• Joining in is optional. Ask in the chat, answer a quick question, or just listen. All are welcome.
